Newspaper in Education

Our most important goal in Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties is to provide our children and adults with the ability to read and write. Newspaper in Education (NIE) provides literacy programs for teachers and students in Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties. In addition to providing the newspaper for classroom use, NIE creates and delivers innovative programs that can be used to teach skills, math, science, language arts, social studies...the list goes on.

Through the Home News Tribune and Asbury Park Press, NIE provides newspapers and services to schools, colleges, adult literacy programs, youth detention centers and other non-school based education programs.
